1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the Hibbett platform and its members. Hibbett is an online betting platform operating under an international gaming license, serving users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

Opening an account on Hibbett is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Hibbett reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

One account per person

Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but their identities must each be verified.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Hibbett may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request or if you exceed certain thresholds. This process may require you to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Terms

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on Hibbett. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be cancelled unless a verified technical error is proven.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds for pre-match bets may change before the match begins
• In live betting, odds change in real time and bets may be accepted or declined accordingly
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• Bets may be voided if a match is abandoned or the required number of overs is not completed

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Hibbett's systems
• Accessing another member's account or stealing their personal information
• Operating an account using false or misleading information

7 Privacy & Security

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Hibbett reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Long-term inactive accounts (12 months or more)
• Activating self-exclusion at a member's request

You can close your account at any time. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Any bonus balance remaining in a closed account will be forfeited.
